4-Week Mindfulness Meditation Course

starts Monday 9th October 2017 from 7.30-9.00pm in Mount Merrion, Co Dublin (5 minutes from UCD)

Meditation has been shown to be a powerful tool to release and manage stress and to help maintain a healthy balance of body and mind. By learning and practising simple meditation and breathing techniques the mind becomes more peaceful and healthy, creating a calmer more balanced state of being. These tools when applied regularly create an awareness of life grounded in deep meaning and authenticity.

  • Starts on Monday, 9th October for 4 weeks (9th Oct, 16th Oct, 23rd Oct & 6th Nov (no course 30th Oct))
  • Runs for 1.5 hours a week between 7:30-9:00pm for 4 weeks

The course aims to assist you in taking better care of yourself and in getting more out of living.  Many people completing the programme report lasting physical and psychological benefits including: An increased ability to relax and experience calm and an increased ability to cope more effectively with both short and long terms stressful situations.

  • Runs for 2 hours a week between 7:30-9:30pm for 8 weeks
  • Cost for full programme €300.00
  • All day retreat (10am-4pm) between weeks 6 and 7 on the 29th October – lunch to share
  • Workbooks and  CDs included
